Øyvind Larsen to Lead Lockton Norway as CEO from April 2025
Global independent insurance broker Lockton has officially named Øyvind Larsen as the new Chief Executive Officer of Lockton Norway, effective April 1, 2025. In this pivotal role, Øyvind is set to spearhead the next chapter of growth for Lockton Norway, centering on unifying the company’s specialized operations to enhance support for clients navigating an increasingly complex and volatile market landscape.
Bringing with him nearly 30 years of industry wisdom, Larsen joined Lockton in December 2023 as the Head of People Solutions Norway. He has been instrumental in overseeing all People Solutions delivery within the region, significantly contributing to the development of both new and existing customer relationships. Before his tenure at Lockton, Larsen dedicated over 25 years to Aon, where he occupied several senior leadership roles, including Head of Health & Benefits Norway.
