AXA XL Appoints Martin Kilshaw as Head of Broker Management and Alternative Distribution
Global insurance giant AXA has announced a strategic enhancement to its property and casualty (P&C) and specialty risk division, AXA XL, with the appointment of Martin Kilshaw as Head of Broker Management and Alternative Distribution for the UK & Lloyd’s market.
In his newly assumed role, Kilshaw will be stationed in London, reporting directly to Elie Hanna, the Chief Distribution Officer for the UK & Lloyd’s. He is tasked with invigorating AXA XL’s engagement with its broking partners, leading a dedicated team of strategic broker leaders and managers.
Beyond broker engagement, Kilshaw will also oversee the company’s alternative distribution strategy, focusing on broker facilities and AXA XL-owned Angel Risk Management.
Boasting 23 years of industry expertise, Kilshaw has accumulated a wealth of experience in senior positions, most recently serving as Regional Director South at AXA UK.
