AEGIS London Welcomes Industry Veteran William Cullen
AEGIS London, a renowned Lloyd’s syndicate, has announced the appointment of William Cullen as a Non-Executive Director. Cullen, who formerly served as President & Chief Executive Officer of AEGIS in the US, brings with him a wealth of experience from a career in insurance that spans five decades.
During his extensive career, Cullen held the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Underwriting Officer at AEGIS from 1997 to 2018, before advancing to President & Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2023. His appointment is seen as a testament to AEGIS London’s commitment to securing robust leadership within its Board as it continues to innovate and expand in the specialty insurance sector.
