W. R. Berkley Corporation Announces New Business Venture
Insurance holding company W. R. Berkley Corporation has introduced a new entity, Berkley Embedded Solutions, and has appointed Stephanie Lloyd as its President, with the appointment taking effect immediately.
The newly formed Berkley Embedded Solutions aims to integrate advanced technology with specialized digital offerings, allowing customers to seamlessly access customized insurance solutions when needed. This initiative leverages W. R. Berkley’s renowned underwriting expertise and its expansive network.
Lloyd, who will lead the initiative as President, brings with her an impressive two-decade experience in the property and casualty insurance sector. Her extensive career includes leadership positions in underwriting, product development, and distribution. Most recently, she was CEO of LiveWell by Zurich and before that, served as President of Toggle Insurance.
Prior to her tenure at Toggle, Lloyd dedicated 15 years to Farmers Insurance, where she held multiple roles since she joined the company in 2007.
Expressing enthusiasm about the new appointment, W. Robert Berkley, Jr., President and CEO of W. R.
