Acrisure Re Strengthens Corporate Advisory & Solutions Division
Acrisure Re, the insurance and reinsurance arm of the global fintech powerhouse Acrisure, is strategically enhancing its capabilities within the Corporate Advisory & Solutions (ARCAS) division through a series of pivotal appointments. These newly appointed experts are set to fortify the division’s offerings and drive growth.
The latest appointments feature: Lauren Johnson as Head of Funds at Lloyd’s (FAL); Assad Negyal as Head of Pricing; David Ryan as Head of Exposure Management; and Lucas He taking on the role of VP, Retrospective Solutions. Each of these key figures will report directly to Ben Canagaretna, the Global Managing Director of ARCAS.

Lauren Johnson re-joins ARCAS in London as Head of FAL after an 18-month tenure at Wakam. Her leadership will be instrumental in expanding the division’s Lloyd’s FAL capabilities, which is a significant growth area for the company. Previously, she was a Vice President at ARCAS in 2021 and spent six years leading Lloyd’s and specialty analytics at Securis Investment Partners.
Assad Negyal, based in London, transitioned to ARCAS in January as a pricing actuary. With an extensive background in the insurance industry, his previous roles include positions at Starr Insurance, Chubb Europe, Zurich Financial Services, Barbican, Odyssey Re, and Lloyd’s.
David Ryan, bringing over 15 years of experience in exposure management, joined ARCAS’s London office in late 2024. He has held similar roles at Talbot, Lloyd’s, and Willis Re, making him a valuable asset to lead the exposure management team.
Lastly, Lucas He came aboard ARCAS in London in February to bolster the retrospective solutions offering. His experience spans legacy and M&A sectors, having served as a VP in the M&A division at R&Q. He has also been a legacy M&A and actuarial specialist at Catalina, and held corporate development and M&A roles at Antares Reinsurance and JLT.
