Aon Announces Leadership Change in Asia Pacific
Global insurance and reinsurance brokerage giant, Aon, has named Jennifer Richards as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, effective March 1, 2025. Based in Singapore, Richards will report directly to Lori Goltermann, Aon’s CEO of Regions.
This appointment marks Richards’ induction into the Aon Executive Committee, and she is expected to relocate to Singapore in the coming months. She will take over from Anne Corona, who has been appointed as CEO of Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer.

Richards brings with her 13 years of experience with Aon in Australia, where she has been instrumental in supporting both Australian and global clients. Her most recent position was as Head of Australia, where she demonstrated a successful track record by fostering key client relationships and embedding the firm’s 3×3 Plan to drive growth and enhance capabilities across all solution lines.
Prior to her tenure at Aon, Richards held several senior management roles at insurer AIG within its Financial Institutions and M&A businesses in North America.
Lori Goltermann expressed confidence in Richards’ appointment, stating, “The Asia Pacific region is pivotal to Aon’s strategy, offering significant growth opportunities across diverse markets. Jennifer’s experience, Aon United mindset, and ability to cultivate high-performing teams position her perfectly to lead the Asia Pacific region towards continued success.”
Richards shared her enthusiasm, saying, “I am thrilled to work more closely with this exceptional team and look forward to collaborating with such talented colleagues across the region. There is immense potential in the Asia Pacific, and together we will build on our existing momentum and enhance our ability to guide our clients through the multifaceted, complex, and interconnected challenges they encounter.”
