Appointment of Gina Gill as CIO at Apollo
Apollo has officially named Gina Gill as its new Chief Information Officer, with her tenure commencing in March 2025. Gill brings with her a wealth of experience, having spent over 17 years in the realms of digital transformation, technology strategy, and operational leadership.
Prior to her new role, Gill was the interim Chief Strategy Officer at the Cabinet Office. Her career also includes a significant position as Chief Digital & Information Officer at the Ministry of Justice. In addition, she has held various senior roles at prestigious organizations such as the Financial Conduct Authority, Barclays Capital, and Lloyds Banking Group, where she was instrumental in driving digital innovation, IT service management, and commercial negotiations.
At Apollo, Gill is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s technology landscape. Her responsibilities will include spearheading initiatives related to technology adoption, data solutions, and advanced analytics, all of which are aimed at aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
