Eric Paire Joins Lockton Re as Head of Capital Advisory Practice in London
Lockton Re has announced the exciting appointment of Eric Paire as the head of its Capital Advisory Practice based in London. In this pivotal role, Paire will collaborate with the company’s global teams to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to the needs of their clients.
Paire will spearhead Lockton Re’s global capital advisory initiatives, leading a team of 10 capital advisory specialists. Together, they aim to provide customized solutions that help re/insurance clients optimize the capital essential for their business operations. Additionally, he will play a significant role in expanding Lockton Re’s presence in France and other Francophone markets.

With over 30 years in the industry, Paire brings a wealth of experience. Prior to joining Lockton Re, he served as the head of Capital Advisory at Aon for nearly seven years. His extensive career also includes leadership roles at Guy Carpenter, where he was the head of Global Partners & Strategic Advisory EMEA and a director at GC Securities. Earlier positions at Scor, Le Blanc de Nicolay, and AXA Re further cement his expertise. Moreover, Paire co-founded two startups – Nexgen Financial Holdings and NessPa – and served as a director at Perils AG.
This appointment comes on the heels of Sabrina Veau joining the Capital Advisory team as a senior broker in December of the previous year.
