Michael Serricchio Steps into New Leadership Role at Marsh Captive Solutions
Marsh Captive Solutions has announced the promotion of Michael Serricchio to the position of regional leader overseeing operations in the United States and Canada.
Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, Serricchio will now directly report to Will Thomas-Ferrand, who serves as the global leader at Marsh Captive Solutions.
Serricchio’s journey with Marsh began in 2005 when he joined as a senior vice president focusing on captive consulting. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion in 2017 to managing director and Americas consulting leader at Marsh Captive Solutions.
His career kicked off in 2001 as a captive tax consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co, setting a strong foundation for his future endeavors.
Reflecting on this key appointment, Thomas-Ferrand expressed, “Over the past two decades, Mike has been an integral part of our consulting team, serving as the Americas consulting leader for the last eight years.
